Alexan Peabody is a brand new 180-unit apartment community located in Peabody. Forty-five (45) affordable units will be made available through this process to households earning no more than 80% of the Area Median Income. The affordable apartments are located throughout the building and provide finishes identical to the market rate units. Amenities include an expansive exterior courtyard with a resort-style pool and sun deck, clubhouse with a game room and work lounge, a fitness\/wellness center, bike storage, and a dog park with pet wash stations. The community is conveniently located near both Routes 1 and 95, providing easy access to many local shops and restaurants.<\/span><\/p>\n To be eligible to lease an affordable unit, the combined annual income for all income sources of all income-earning members in the household must be at or below eighty percent of median income for Boston HMFA.
